Our Guarantee

We guarantee that we do everything in our power to provide you with the freshest, best quality chocolates and confections.  We take special care in packaging each order. If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged please notify us at contact us within ten days of receiving shipment. At our discretion, and upon receipt of damaged items, we will replace items or credit your account. For processing we will need: Order #, a brief explanation of damaged items, and return authorization number. 

When placing your order, please allow three days to process your order, in addition to the shipping time.

We can not guarantee shipments during warm weather, if you do not choose gel packs, overnight shipping options, and do not have someone available to receive the shipment.  

It is highly recommended to purchase a cold pack and Overnight or 2nd Day Air Delivery for all Chocolate, Mints, and other items that can easily melt in warm weather.
