If you are like us at Candy’s, when you want your sweets, you want them right now! So, we do our best to ship orders out promptly, and packaged carefully, so our premium products arrive in premium condition!

Orders received by 2pm Pacific Standard Time, will usually be processed and shipped within three working days. All orders will be sent by USPS, which tracks your shipment, and offers several shipping options. Orders received after 2pm will be considered the following business day, and will then be processed accordingly. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will not be considered until Monday, and then be processed accordingly. When choosing your shipping options and estimating the arrival of your order, please allow 3 days to process your order, in addition to the shipping time.

At this time we do not offer UPS as an option as their rates have risen and they now charge a surcharge for fuel. We simply feel they are too expensive to offer as a choice, besides USPS will deliver on Saturdays.

What types of shipping services are available?

USPS Ground (Usually takes 5-7 business days)

USPS Priority (Usually 1-3 days, depending on location)

USPS Express (Usually overnight delivery)

How much are the shipping charges?

You will know the exact shipping charges before you enter any of your credit card information. Use the shopping cart to select your purchases. When checking out you will be asked for your zip code and shipping method. Your charges will be calculated automatically, and you will be able to view your total charges.

Will USPS leave my package if I am not at home?

If your package requires a signature to confirm delivery, it will not be left without a signature. If your package does not require a signature, USPS will usually leave the package near a door. However, it is entirely up to the discretion of the carrier to leave the package if no one is home. If the carrier chooses to not leave the package:  USPS will leave a notice of a delivery attempt and instructions for you.  Please provide us with a mailing address, not a P.O. Box, when placing your order.

 Yes, USPS does allow shipments to Military addresses and PO Boxes, although, as candy is a perishable please be aware that a home or business street address is in your sweets best interest. 

Do you ship outside the US?

We only ship by USPS to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 

Service to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is only available using USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.

We make every attempt to ship each order accurately, however, if we make a mistake in your shipment, we will correct the error. We reserve the right to either issue a refund or replace the items missing.

We hope you understand that we cannot be responsible for late or lost deliveries by the USPS. Once your order leaves our facility, we no longer have control of your package. The USPS does an excellent job getting millions of packages safely to their destination in a timely matter. However, there are the occasional problems, and we will cooperate with you in every way to track the package. You will be responsible for filing a claim if necessary. 

Will chocoate, gummies, and mints melt in warm weather?

YES! We make every effort to insure that your chocolates & confections arrive in premium condition all year, however, during the warm months, you will need to choose our Warm Weather Shipping options for packaging and delivery, you will also need to choose one of the following to insure a timely delivery: USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail; as the cold packs will only be effective for 2 days.
