If your destination is over 74 Degrees Fahrenheit (23 Degrees Celsius), and two days shipping away from our zip code, 98501, we strongly advise that you: select Overnight Air,  along with the Cold Pack option. This consists of a reusable frozen gel pack and an insulated shipping container, which will keep your package cool for up to 48 however, there are limits, and we reserve the right to delay shipment when we feel your chocolate and confections may be damaged.  We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when delivered, meaning, you may have to have your sweets delivered to your office rather than your home. Chocolates and Confections left outside your home all day may be damaged by weather that is too hot, cold, rainy, or humid.

How do I determine if I live within 2 Days shipping away from your zip code, 98501?

What if I am more than two days away from zip code, 98501, and elect to take the chance and ship by ground?

We can NOT guarantee that your chocolate and confection items will arrive in proper condition, if you do NOT select both the Cold pack option, and Overnight delivery.  

When can I ship by ground during warm weather?

If you live within 2 days of zip code 98371. However, it is still necessary to include the Cold Pack Option. 

When do you ship the warm weather packages?

Overnight , cold pack orders will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  2nd Day Air, cold pack orders will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Ground shipments will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, so your items will not be in transit over the weekend. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.   

Friday overnight shipments can only be shipped if you pay for a Saturday delivery.

Does this apply to non-chocolate items?

Yes. Our non-chocolate items, such as Smooth & Melty Mints, Nonpareil Petite Mints, Gummis, confections covered in chocolate, and other items that will easily melt in warm weather also need to be shipped with a cold pack, and overnight or 2nd Day Air.
